Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Emrullah Hancer, an independent developer (“we”), for the mobile game Gym Tycoon: Fitness Empire (the “game”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the game, its art, music and code stay with us or our licensors. On iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
2. Virtual items have no cash value
Coins, gems, cosmetics, boosts and other in-game items (“virtual items”) are a licence to use content inside the game. They are not property, have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded or transferred for real money, and are lost if you uninstall the game or reset your progress. We may rebalance, change or remove virtual items to keep the game fair and working.
3. Purchases and refunds
Optional purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), using the payment method of your store account. Prices and taxes are shown in the store before you buy. Gems and similar packs are consumed in play and are delivered immediately.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies: on iOS visit reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use your Google Play order history. We cannot refund store purchases directly, but we are happy to help if something went wrong. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights that apply where you live.
Progress is never locked behind payment: purchases only provide speed, convenience and cosmetics.
4. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Watching one grants the bonus shown on the button. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy.
5. Fair play
Please play fairly. You agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, modified apps, emulators for abuse, automation or bots;
- exploit bugs, tamper with saved data, or reverse engineer or copy the game;
- manipulate leaderboards or achievements, or harass other players.
We may reset, adjust or remove scores, items or leaderboard access if we detect abuse.
6. Progress and device changes
Your progress is stored on your device only, and there is no account. Losing, resetting or replacing a device, or uninstalling the game, may permanently erase it. Please keep this in mind before spending on virtual items; restoring purchases (see Support) recovers eligible purchases, not consumed items.
7. Availability and changes
The game is provided “as is”. We may update, suspend or discontinue the game or parts of it, and we may change these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Continued play after a change means you accept it.
8. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
